Edel, Everything went great. Excellent service from initial contact to the final move so right across the company. Very quick response to the initial inquiry and conducted a site visit the next day. Quote received promptly and then the organising of the dates and contact in advance was very well organised and clear. The team arrived on time on the day of the move and got straight to work. I recently moved house, Careline Moving and Storage in Cork managed the packing and transfer of my furniture and contents. My first meeting with their representative Karl was most enlightening and reassuring. The guidance was professional, alleviated my worries and most important they appreciated my individual circumstances. Always accessible if I had queries. Edel in administration was so supportive, a pleasure to deal with. On the day of moving the removal team were punctual, professional, efficient, respectful, a pleasure to have around the house. Everything went to plan, great care was taken of all the contents and great care taken placing contents appropriately in the new house. We used Careline recently to assist with our move from our old office locations on one side of Dublin into our new modern office across the city. Whether we dealt with Keith to work on the scheduling of moves and the logistics, or if we needed to ask Nathan to come up with a solution on the spot for an awkward load, or a last minute request to Lisa in the office (because there was something we had forgotten), the whole team were excellent in reassuring us that there was no issue too big or small and they were on hand to provide all our moving solutions. Over the course of five move weeks we moved almost 400 staff and their associated files, of which there were many, seamlessly, and with the least disruption to the work of our busy legal office. Careline were great to deal with and really understood us as a customer. I would highly recommend Careline to assist with any move.

First off thank you so much for organising everything for us Lisa. I wouldn’t know where to start but the beginning is probably best. From the second the team arrived yesterday to the minute they left, we honestly were blown away. The professionalism, the efficiency and work ethic was incredible.
