We had one of those last minute 'get your new home keys on a Friday @ 3pm and have Careline deliver your furniture and many boxes the next day' type of house purchase with lots of potential date changes etc. along the way. We faced a significant amount of stress, not helped by me being unwell, but Karl, Steve and Allan were superb and went well beyond the call of duty to get us set-up in our new home. Steve and Allan were particularly obliging on the relocation date and were hugely patient and supportive - doing all the heavy lifting with a smile and a sense of humour.
