I knew from my first meeting with Johnny I was in safe hands. He coordinated everything. My stuff went into storage for a few months before being delivered to our new home. Communication was excellent, handling was excellent and super crews both at collection Tony and Mark and delivery John, Marius and a third who I forgot his name. I had approximately 30 large boxes along with several suitcases as well as picture frames and a large mirror and I’ll be honest I was expecting some damages but every piece of my cargo arrived in one piece, I must say that dealing with Stephen Compton in Belfast made everything so simple and easy for me. It had been stressful relocating from Singapore to Ireland at the height of Omicron, kudos to Cliona and the team, they had made the move as stress free as possible for us. Cliona has been nothing short of superb and brilliant. Navigating import documentation is daunting, Cliona made it painless with all the right guidance so that we did things right - from the start, .... we received as we were kept updated at all times proactively, which says a lot about the customer centric mindset your team has. Out of my overall experience moving to Ireland all of which are positive, working with Careline is definitely on top of my list.

Ours was a small move but we were very happy with the service provided by Careline. The team were professional and cheerful, which was a great help when we were stressed out! They went above and beyond what was expected of them and I am happy to recommend them.

Careline were superb. They very carefully dismantled and export wrapped an antique grandfather clock, as well as packing an antique glass fronted display cabinet and a porcelain dinner service. The items were shipped from Dublin to Sussex, England with utmost care and were delivered to me a week later. Nothing was damaged, not even a plate!!! The items arrived carefully wrapped and labelled. They were unpacked and reassembled in my home. The delivery men were professional, polite and very helpful. They removed all the packing materials from the house and disposed of them. I would very highly rate this company and thoroughly recommend their services. If you are looking for specialists in the shipping of antiques, you can rely on this company completely.

I cannot thank Careline enough for the service and kindness they provided to myself and my parents. They helped my elderly parents move permanently from Dublin to live beside me in Scotland. I was coordinating the move from Scotland and wasn't able to be in Dublin during the move. Stephen's understanding of our situation, reassurance and patience with us along the planning journey was outstanding. When the day came, the lads were fantastic. They managed to pack up my parents home of 60 years in both an efficient and incredibly sensitive way - indeed service with many smiles. On the drop off side, they arrived exactly as planned, and our drop off was complicated but they went well above and beyond to do everything that needed to be done.
