I hired Careline for my move from Ireland to Czech Republic. It was personally finance. On top of being one of the most affordable companies I compared, Careline was perfect. I received a call from the sales representative less than 48 hours after requiring a quote. Ven was polite on the phone, also very helpful. It is always difficult to estimate weight of items. But Ven helped me in the most responsive way. Even when I had questions, he would always answer promptly and professionally. On the D-day, the staff was very respectful of my house, the COVID precautions, and packed carefully my belongings. It was really quick! I was supposed to receive everything within 5 weeks but my belongings arrived less than 2 weeks after. Again, the staff in Czech republic was really professional. Nothing was missing nor damaged. After sales communication top class! 10 out of 10 for Careline!
