Wonderful professional service from a great team. From the first contact, to dealing with delays on our side, to packing up all our precious belongings right through to the final delivery, every single person we dealt with was lovely, warm and helped take the stress out of our move. Communications were great throughout, we never had to wonder what was going to happen next. The team who packed our belongings were super efficient, while taking care with every item. We will hopefully never have to move again, but if we did, we would happily use Careline again, and will happily recommend them to friends, family and anyone else.

Absolutely sensational. We were lucky to get a great crew in NZ, and then Careline taking over with plenty of notice and making sure we had everything in order well before we arrived. The Careline team that arrived to unload were top shelf, they were friendly enthusiastic and helpful with everything we asked....even taking the time to high-five my eager kids watching nearby! Your team arrived at my home this morning and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, and the care they have given us in the removal. Such gentlemen it was a pleasure to have in our home to take care of our belongings. Their attention to detail was second to none. There's a hint in the name. I have used Careline twice over the years; firstly with a large move abroad, and most recently, for a house move in Ireland. I was as lucky second time around, they were exceptional. Describing exceptional is difficult but I will try. Careline were efficient, effective, organised and great value. From start to finish, they made the horrendous process of a house move simple. At all times, from initial correspondence, through quotation & job sizing to actual move day, they were a pleasure to deal with. Open, transparent, organised and kind. I'm not usually a great one for testimonials but as Careline exceeded my expectations, not once but twice, it's the least I can do. Companies such as this are like hens teeth. A special thanks to Keith and to all the removal guys who are a great credit to your company. It has been a pleasure.

The team at Careline made our move from New Zealand so easy. Communication was fantastic, knowledge and timely. While other parts of our move became difficult, we never once worried about our storage container or getting our belongings delivered safely. I highly recommend Careline.

This is our second move with Careline - the first one was from Abu Dhabi to Ireland two years ago. There was no question about using Careline again, as their service first time 'round was excellent. True to form, everything went smoothly from the quoting through to packing, shipping and clearing customs. We were frequently updated during the process and all our questions were answered quickly and with all the information required to make decisions. Their staff, both in the office and on the ground, were super friendly and knowledgeable. Their sub-contractors in other countries were also of equally high standard and we had no problems with their teams. We will definitely use Careline again and would (and have) recommended them to friends and family.
