We were delighted with the service from Careline from start to finish, couldn’t fault it. The crew were exceptional, friendly, professional and nothing was an issue, there were a lot of steps leading up to the apartment and none of the crew complained once, they just got on with it. At each step Boris would make sure there was a plan in place and everyone knew what they were doing and where all the boxes etc were to go, the banter was also great.
