We had Darren and a another man ,sorry can't remember his name but have to say these guys were fantastic ,we were moving over sea's and hadn't box up everything properly for regulations for international transport but they just got stuck in and did the extra wrapping for us with ease and expertise. They were very friendly, funny and had a great banter with each other and us. They itemised everything, checked it and double checked it. Their job is a very physical one but they wouldn't take a cup of coffee or a break. As it was only last week Covid restrictions applied and they kept their masks on for the whole time, which must have been difficult. . Two of the nicest guys you could meet. H & S

Even though the service isn't complete yet, I have to say I am very satisfied with the way everything was carried out. I've spoken with such an amazing, kind and patient team, who would meet my requirements and needs. Understanding, kind, funny, but also very professional in the sense of the way they operate and any inquiries I had I was able to get in touch with the team easily and effectively. I am overall satisfied with the quality level of the customer service and delighted that I picked this moving company. The move went really well, couldn't have asked for more. As soon as the crew arrived, they started expertly packing my things, taking note of all the items for the inventory and labelling boxes. In a little over an hour the apartment went from pure chaos to empty. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was dreading this move but Mark and the crew made it really easy for me. Thank you !

We moved house recently and from the pre survey and organisation, through to the move itself, we found Careline to be an absolutely superb company to deal with. On the day of the move, we had Andrew and Jason with us and I have to say, we were so impressed with the level of “customer care” from the guys. Nothing was a problem, they were so courteous and polite, and I have never seen two guys work as hard and as efficiently as they did. We did encounter a small issue in getting some furniture into the new house, but the two guys immediately looked for a solution to the problem, which I would never have thought of. It definitely proved that when you have professionals doing the job, it does make it so much more efficient. We are very very grateful to both Andrew and Jason for the hard work they put in on the day and their own particular way of getting the job done, hugely customer focused. It has been very much appreciated from our side.
